The first “COCO-MAT Hospitality Talks goes live” event held in Peloponnese – A journey to personal stories, positive energy and innovation!

A hospitality talks event journey to the world of personal stories, positive energy and innovation took place on Wednesday, October 20 at My Way Hotel in Patras, organized by the hotel department of COCO-MAT in collaboration with Tourism professionals.

Speeches began in an open conversation with the public, analyzing the multi-level changes that are taking place in the world, how capable we are of making quick changes and what are the steps to differentiate our business plan and achieve our new goals. Our associates / speakers emphasized the anthropocentric approach a hotel should follow, whether it concerns the staff or the guest. Great importance was also given to how hospitable an owner must be in order to offer unique experiences.  Also, they noted how a well-kept and unique breakfast buffet could be formed to stand out and become an important sales tool but also introduced proposals concerning OTA’s and how hotel business can increase profits.

Also, concepts such as: values, ethics and volunteerism were discussed, elements that we need to cultivate either in our daily life or in our business.
